All ORSO competitions comply with the CRSF Rulebook issued December 2009.

All ORSO cometitions are judged by judges who have been trained based on the CRSF Judging Guidelines, issued December 2009.

All ORSO cometitions are organized to comply with the CRSF Organization Guidelines issued December 2009. These guidelines cover Bidding for the Canadian national Championship, Gymnasium Setup, Announcements and Ceremonies, Awards, Committees, Concession and Equipment.
